I love that we can put whatever apps we like on our smart phone. I’m not sure about you, but my smart phone really helps me out on a day to day basis, from tackling emails, keeping in touch with friends and family overseas on Facebook, and keeping a log on my fitness, weight loss and lifestyle goals. I don’t want to be over dramatic, but I think I would be truly lost without my smart phone!
It took me a while to get into using apps on my phone for tracking my health, but once I got started I realised that it could really help. One of my favourite ways to use my smartphone is using the Sleep Cycle App, it helps you fall asleep with relaxing music, tracks how long you’re asleep and the quality of sleep and then wakes you up gently in your most awake cycle. It’s truly amazing and one of my favourite apps.
